Is airvpn killing the Teredo adapter which is needed for xbox?

Xbox app Network status shows connected

NAT Type shows Teredo is unable to qualify

Server Connectivity shows Blocked

 

This is with using the xbox app on win 10 but I have the same issues in game when playing a win10/xbox one game on my pc. It won't connect to multiplayer lobby's and won't send complete achievements to the xbox cloud system to actually update that they are complete. So if I fire up my xbox they are still there not completed on the xbox and I have to redo them.
