I can't stream any video through VPN

Youtube, Pornhub, ManyVids, etc. are not streaming any video. This is only when I have the VPN on. I updated Flash Player and the problem persists.

 

What is the problem? How is this fixed?

Youtube doesn't use flash anyway.  I don't know about the others.

 

Is your other internet activity working well through the VPN?

Bittorrent is working. Everything else appears to be working normally.
