Problem with Speed Share Online and ohter Downloads

Hello I am new to your service, but unfortunately I have the problem that I almost always on every server have very slow speed when downloading. Partially far below a 1 megabyte. I have a 120 mbit Internet connection which downloads without Air VPN 15mb in the second. I hope you can help me.
