Server scoring - USA are all 0 stars

Any reason why the US server scores would be 0 for me - even though latency is low and I see load on the servers? Canadian servers are 5 stars.

 

I noticed this because for the last few days I've been having problems with AirVPN - dropped connections, unable to re-establish connection, and slow DNS resolves. I believe these issues started after I unfortunately applied the Windows 10 Creators Update.

 

I tried removing and reinstalling Eddie Client v2.12.4

change the scoring rule to latency

Speed for downloading, which my guess this is based on downloading torrents. This too would explain why they don't show this rating on servers based in the US, UK, and several others and only show it on countries usually recommended to torrent from, like Canada, Netherlands, Sweden, etc.
