Can you tell me what the windows firewall rules look like?I cannot see anything added or deleted when I turn on network lock.Granted, everything works as expected but I thought some rules are added and then removed when network lock is deactivated. I have Win10 and McAfee Livesafe. McAfee controls the firewall but again everything works as expected so I am at a loss to see the rules created when network lock is on. Thanks-RIch Quote Share this post Link to post

Thanks-RIch If you're using the last two releases then I believe the default setting is to use the WFP not the windows firewall. You'll have to check in your settings. If it's set to use WFP then it makes sense you won't see any changes in firewall rules. Quote Share this post Link to post
HVRest2020 0 Posted ... Makes sense. I use the latest client, and it is set to automatic so its probably using WFP.Do you know of an easy way to monitor WFP? Beside the auditpol policies sending thousands of events to the event log. Quote Share this post Link to post
