3 connection limit reached with only 1 connection active

Normally, I am using AirVPN to connect to the internet on two Macs, one of which is remote. The remote computer has Tunnelblick running and connected to 1 server, I can see and verify that. This is the only extant AirVPN connection that I know of on my account. When I try and connect to AirVPN's servers on my local computer I get an error saying that my 3 connection limit has been reached. I have tried changing my AirVPN password, hoping that this would boot the other connections off but no such luck.

 

Can someone help me progress this issue forward?

so you're saying the connections shown in the client area are wrong?  if they are, just disconnect what shouldn't be connected with the button on the right side of the table.

I've had the same issue with Tunnelblick, but somehow there was an error somewhere, because all I had connected to AirVPN was the desktop one..and Client Area reported that there were two devices connected.

 

Restarted the computer, and the problem was gone, everything reported fine into AirVPN Client Area.

 

Maybe it will work for you too.
