I was wondering if there is possibility of inbound connection to my network via VPN, can someone get into my network once connected to any of Air VPN servers?

Can some other user of AIR vpn or someone else can get into my own network when connected to vpn in other words my private IP 10.4.* can anyone within same subnet get into my PC? Tunnels are in/out bound.
