outer wifi working, however wired connection doesn't

Bought the Asus RT-AC68U router and set it up with the VPN as instructed on this site. Connecting to wifi via router works perfectly, however a wired connection doesn't. I get a message stating "the WAN IP is not the external IP. External IP-based services will not work". There is a change now link that points to the WAN section of the router website.

 

Any ideas how to get the LAN connection from the router working?

 

BTW, I have only 1 DNS Server listed.
