I am just wondering is everything safe to do on here i.e. entering passwords on sites, private emails, work, buying things, banking etc.

 

Can AirVPN or anyone see any data or use my information?

They can't anyway assuming all those sites use TLS (https).

then you should be more worried about your ISP than AirVPN.

All sites which handle personal info, banking and credit cards use TLS in 2017. If you see one that does not, it's a phishing/fake site.
