The tor daemon for general linux systems, however, uses the hosts assigned timezone -- so, *not* UTC; making tor daemon users/traffic more identifiable. You need to choose a timezone that is used by the majorityof people in order to mix in the crowd. So a good idea would be to take the most populated county in a given continent and use it's timezone.
