qBittorent and embedded tracker

Hi all.

There is an option inside qBittorrent to Enable embedded tracker + port 9000 forward. should this be used and is there any risk or advantage to it?

well, my two cents on it without reading the manual is

any time ya got less 'tracker' duh better
