requesting a Trial disappeared

Hello,

 

I did ask for a trial period last weekend so i could see if i could set up a vpn correctly on my system.

A ticket was created but the enquiry ticket disappeared a day later.

 

Are there a limited number of trial users allowed at one time?

or is there some other problem?

Easiest way to automatically get a trial is purchasing the €1 plan for 3 days, which is fully refundable.

It's not the first time tickets magically disappear, but I have to say, one euro is really not that much. It even is refundable, as zhang pointed out.

True i guess but its now the end of the weekend so i dont have time to next weekend  comes around.

Just a bit annoying
