CSI IP Reputation - Merga

Hello,

 

I have been unable to send email from my provider's webmail as the connection gets dropped due to the exit IP being marked as "poor CSI reputation".

 

I would report it at cloudmark (http://csi.cloudmark.com/en/reset/) but it's not my IP....

 

Error is:

Message from IP with poor CSI reputation. Original message dropped.

 

I've checked the exit IP with spamhaus and it is not flagged, but cloudmark must have it flagged.

I'd look into getting another e-mail service if they don't hide your IP from the mail.
