AirVPN boots fine, works for five minutes then disconnects.Can't authenticate or connect.Please help.

Guys please help me... I have tried every google search to try and solve my problem. Nothing is working. It works for about five minutes as soon as the computer boots up, and then it disconnects, says fails to authorize, and stays on the connecting to XXX screen.
