Arneb?

Hello,

 

When will the new Switzerland server (Arneb) be available? I've seen it lingering on the checking route page for awhile now. Or, are you waiting for more to be setup and release them all at the same time?

Yes, it's hiding in the ping matrix for quite a while now. But it can't hide forever, that's for sure. I also wonder when staff will release him into the wild!

Arneb seems to have a very weak line (currently?), I downloaded with 1.5 MB/s the last time I used it. In comparison, I can max out my connection with 5.2 MBit/s using Kitalpha - also Switzerland but completely different company.

I'd noticed that it wasn't announced after some time and figured it didn't pass tests.

Because openvpn is running on it.

Ah, now i see. Well, 40 % packet loss is quite a lot. Maybe that's the reason why it doesn't get announced.
