Certain wilmaa.com channels blocked when routing through non-CH servers

Hi,

 

I am only able to watch certain channels on wilmaa.com when I'm connected to non-CH servers.  Here are the domains of the affected channels that are blocked (all other channels seem to be working properly).  Could you add these domains to the list you are already routing via your CH servers?
