Frequent line problems in Atlanta and Miami

Miami and Atlanta servers seem to go down with 100% packet loss almost weekly.

 

Are the datacenters (QuadraNet if I recall, and one other?) at these two cities just problematic in general, or are AirVPN's public IPs within these datacenters such frequent targets of DDOS traffic that the datacenters just null route them and everyone prays it stops within 24 hours?
