I was checking wiki.debian.org at https://airvpn.org/routes/. It seems everything routed through SE2 is being blocked.

All the UK servers are routing through SE2 for this, and they're all blocked.

I know this post is slightly unrelated, but I thought I would point out that debian is making strides to get folks connected securely for those that have concerns.

 

Recently they added FULL TOR access so you would never leave your encrypted tunnel.  I employ Air as vpn1, and eventually end up on TOR where hidden services attributes are available.  The CA's used via https are no where near as secure as staying TOR all the way.  Just a heads up for those with concerns.
