AirVPN client not working on Windows 10

hey guys I just got a one year subscription and it\s not even working. I had PIA before and they worked just fine, but the limited port forwarding (and always random) got annoying so I switched to this.

 

but it doesn't work, I'll attach log file

 

also why does it look like the last update was from way back last year?? is the support that bad?
