Before I  get roasted, yes i have search and I have posted in other post but have not received a reply.

I initially connected to Pavonis and have changed to Kaus, I have deleted and generated ports on air and have let them propagate 24hrs.

I cannot get it to work, to make sure that there is no firewall on the client pc i have port forwarded on clear net to the corresponding vpn client and it resolves, freedns.afraid, org resolves within 10 minutes.

Since I am able to port forward on clear net from my pfsense box I am fairly sure that I am setting up the port forward correctly..

I am attaching some pictures for better visualization

Using pfSense 2.2.6

I know I said in the other thread I didn't think I could help, but:

In your screen shot showing the port forward, I think you have to tell pfsense the same external port as you used on air, not 8080...The traffic is external to you on port 29253, not 8080.

I honestly don't know though, as I've never used pfsense.

The 8080 are destination ports first 8080 is the range and second is the target ip and it's specific port.

I have tried using the air VPN port as the source and that did not work either.

Thank you for the suggestions

It's the only thing I could think of that might possibly have been the issue.

How about trying to run SAB on port 29253 directly, and forwarding that? Maybe pfsense can't do this type of port forwarding through the VPN?

What is this IP 10.0.4.1? This is wrong, your VPN LAN should be on 10.4.0.0/16

You may have any addresses you want but it will imply that you must configure

additional NAT rules and this is not covered by the manual in the Support section.

Can you post better screenshot of the entire forwarding+NAT rules pages?

10.0.4.0/24 is the vpn lan, my home (established) is 10.0.1.1/24, I have no problem changing the vpn LAN and dhcp server range.

I also have openvpn server running and that network is 10.0.2.0/24.

Here the best i can do, since i am not at home to get big screen shoots.
