Teamspeak 3 server, Portforward dont work

Im trying to setup my TS3 server behind AirVPN
TS3 server port is 9987

But when i connect to 62.102.148.169:65398 it does not work, what am i missing ?
If i try my local-ip:9987 it connects.

Btw tunnel and server is on the same computer ofc.

I tried to portforward my BT client too and that worked without a problem.
