Block a browser from using the VPN using a firewall?

Is it possible to configure Comodo Firewall (or Windows firewall) to block a particular browser (e.g. Firefox) from accessing the internet when via the VPN interface (TAP adapter), while everything else is allowed to use the VPN connection?
