Facebook seems to block the new server in France : Thuban

 

Other servers in France are ok.

Confirmed. Accessing Facebook redirects the browser to a site:

which basically translates to "Access restricted (bad IP) - You are trying to access Facebook from an IP connected to misconfiguration of your ISP or abusive behavior". With the form you can write Facebook a message and explain why this restriction is an error.
