Cant Connect to VPN server

Hey guys,

Could someone  look into the log file?

It seems that i cannot connect to a vpn server. Im using Windows 10.
It ssems that the "Checking route" procedure takes alot of time.

I think we got the same problem, I was already talking with the support here about this. 

Do you also get Ping: FAIL HTTP: FAIL on every server when doing the checking route on your real IP?

Could you try to connect using the original OpenVPN GUI client?

Have you tried to change protocol to SSL 443 on Eddie's settings if you get the same output?

Yeah im getting also a fail on every server

If it works over SSL it sounds like your ISP or router are blocking the other connection types or ports.
