Blocked Vpn at work?

I recently became a new subscriber over the holidays and was hoping to be able to use airvpn at work. I previously used a different vpn service that had its own iOS software and had no issues using the Internet through it (privateinternetaccess). Today, I tried to load airvpn through the iOS openvpn client but to no avail. It seemed to send packets out, but I always had 0 packets received. I tried almost every possible combination of configurations generated on the different ports through the client area. I also noticed the actual airvpn website would not load when I tried to access it on my work wifi, making me think there is some kind of block in effect. I would be very disappointed if my recent subscription turned out to actually not be useful where I spend most of my time. Any guidance?

Sounds like a dns issue. Could try checking the dns options in the client and possibly pinging a server @ both ip and domain.

Try clicking advanced in the config generator and using the direct, TCP port 80 option to try to force the connection over standard http port. If you were on a Windows or Mac and not a iOS device, I would tell you to use one of the SSH or SSL tunnels, but you can't do that on iOS
