I usually end up renewing on when it says "Your subscription will expire in 0 days." only to find that's not when it actually expires, which means I lose about a day of VPN access. Not a huge deal but still annoying. The system should be updated to reflect exactly when you will no longer have VPN access. For example, "Your VPN access ends on January 1, 2016." Guest Posted ... I contacted support because it was the same for me. It is not a bug, they give you extra time of few more days to resubscribe. They cutoff your plan if you don't resubscribe in a few days. Quote Share this post Link to post
