I couldn't access to https://ww.rarbg.to website with any netherland server. Everything ok with german.

Confirmed. Also been having issues with their tracker on US/CAN servers.

This will be a hard effort since the tracker blocks Air not the other way around.

Only if micro-routing will be implemented, but those trackers change IPs frequently so that's

a cat and mouse game.

 

Why proxy isn't a good solution? This seems to be a public tracker anyway.
