specific port needed for software buta already in use

Hi

 

Im trying to upgrade a few tablets for which the software required port 30007 and 30008 to be port forwarded. unfortunatly on the port forward page it says these port are already in use.

 

Unable to set the ports via my isp router as it doesnt want to port forward so throught id try yourselves.

 

Is there anything i can do port forward these ports? i only joined to be able to do this.

what OS?  have you tried creating the forwarded port with inserting the local ports you need - 30007 and 30008 - in the GUI Air provides?
