It's not working for me either. Is there a delay between when you set up port forwarding and when it's actually applied? The server keeps refusing the connection according to the client area test.

It's not the server that is refusing, it's either your router that doesn't properly forward it, either the local OS firewall that is blocking it, either the application that doesn't

listen on the correct port.

 

The server will 'refuse' a connection only when such port was never forwarded, and even then the right term is 'timeout'.

Refusal means you got some denial packet sequence from a remote destination telling you that this port is filtered.
