Can't connect to American servers

Hi everyone,

 

I can only seem to connect to servers in the Netherlands. Anywhere else I try and connect, it says connecting and then it disconnects and restarts. Does anyone else seem to have this problem? I've tried using both the windows and osx clients with no luck.

Can you share the OpenVPN logs, and optionally (however very recommended) MTR logs from OSX?
