bug in forum handling of image URL-s? images not shown, except in edit preview

I have just found that the images in my guide are not displaying.

 

The images are on imageshack, and ARE still there.

 

If I "Edit" and "Preview" post, I see the images. Even if I "Quote" (with "Preview") from another user ID on the forum, I will see the images. So I think this is an issue with the forum software here.

seems there is a bug in their 'external image' code

returns a http status 200 and document with 

 

"Error: 301"

 

Where is should reply with http status 301 and a header pointing to  http:// imagizer.imageshack.us/a/img835/2020/vuzesetip.jpg

 

the reason it may work for some is that it's "permanently moved" and many client cache permanent moves to avoid the extra look up (= extra speedy user experience )
