Latency to Antares server

Antares was the best and closest server for me with the least latency and pretty decent speeds. But lately the latency to the server is over 300ms, sometimes 500ms. Earlier it used  be around 50-60 ms with pretty awesome speeds. Now i have to use Hadar, the next best server for me.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Hadar is fine but i would  really like to use Antares again. How can i fix this?

Let's start from tracing the routes to both of those servers.

*nix - traceroute antares.airvpn.org  /  hadar.airvpn.org

Windows - tracert antares.airvpn.org  /  hadar.airvpn.org

several things could have gone wrong - ISP lost peerage/transit rights, maintenance or broken line somewhere, etc.
