1) Is it possible configure VPN over Tor on an android device?

 

2) Why does VPN over Tor only provide fixed Tor circuits for each OpenVPN session?

 

3) Why do most airvpn servers have poor latency? There are about 10 servers with 25ms -- 55ms latency and the remaining servers are between 55ms -- 200ms. This is true on two different windows computers running Eddie, both on different networks.

Yes, it is. But only if you have root access. Install Orbot and force your OpenVPN app in Orbot's settings to use it. Connect Orbot first, then connect OpenVPN.

For me 33-55 ms servers are all from DE, NL, SE, FR, CZ and GB. In total there are 50 servers. This of course depends on your location and your ISP
