Hello, I just bought a subscription and loaded up the software to find I can't log in!

So I am getting an error that says "Cannot receive systems & server data. Please retry later or contact us for help. (The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.) 

I just want to get this ironed out. Any help?
