What am I downloading?

as soon as i upgraded client i began to download something as soon as i connected. no programs are open. no torrent is running.

 

what is going on? it is still downloading after 6 minutes connection time.

if you can see that you're downloading something you should be able to see where from, no?

 

for anybody to provide help we need to know your OS.

I am on Windows 7. I can see that I am downloading on the Overview tab of AirVPN client at a steady rate of about 120kb/s and upload at about 5kb/s.

 

Again nothing open. No browsers. No torrents. The older client always showed 0kb/s with inactivity.

 

What is the openvpn doing?

Go to the Client area and see if you're really downloading something. The AirVPN client's traffic counter, graph, whatever, is not accurate.

easy to just start up perfmon.exe and see what process has network activity.
