Some help would be appreciated I was on version 2.6 before and it happened and upgrading to latest version didn't solve it.

I'm glad you fixed it. It would be nice if you could explain what was wrong and how you fixed it, for the benefit of anyone with the same problem who finds this thread through search in the future.

I was on version 2.6 of the client and I do not know what caused the issue due to the fact I wasn't AT the computer at the time of the incident, at first I tried a reboot that didn't work then I tried to install the latest version 2.8 that didn't work either so what I did was I used Revo Uninstaller pro since it would remove everything left over from the program so when I installed it again it would be as if I never even had the program on my computer that seemed to solve the issue on version 2.6 and I later upgraded to 2.8 on suggestion from the staff.
