How to watch a japanese video?

Not a real service-related issue per se, but i want to see a japanese music video on youtube, the view is restricted, it work only for japanese people (maybe other asians country).

 

Any idea on how to bypass restriction? Hong kong and singapore vpn don't work.

Thank you, but anyway the view of video is restricted in europe, and i can't find a VPN server useful to bypass the restriction.
