BT Traffic Shaping

Hi,

 

New here and getting excellent help from support. Just thought I'd ask if anyone is a BT Infinity (UK) user here - I couldn't get anything like a decent connection speed until I switched protocol to SSL. I tried SSH as well but there didn't seem to be any speed advantage. But the conclusion I've come to is that BT is traffic shaping.

 

Any other experiences?
