Setting Up Router Firewall For AirVPN

I would like to set up my router's firewall to deny all inbound and outbound traffic unless it is coming from or going to the airvpn servers. Is there a group of static IP addresses I can use to define this?

select 3 or 4 specific airvpn servers your gonna use and block all traffic except to/fro those 3 or 4 IP's

 

you can get the ip by pinging servername.airvpn.org
