indicate if Tor exit node in Status display?

Recommended Posts

I believe some AirVPN servers are being used as Tor exit nodes. Possibly intermittently. For example some members at a private tracker I belong to have had issues accessing IRC there because of this.

Since some web sites restrict access to Tor (e.g. Wikipedia does not allow editing), perhaps the Status page should be updated to flag servers that are Tor exit nodes by using Onionoo in the same fashion that Wikipedia does.

Then users could easily avoid these if they think they are having an issue.

Thanks.

UPDATE:

By the way, a couple of users here warned that running Tor exit nodes over AirVPN might lead to Air servers being banned:

Some sites may not remove the ban automatically. So if the folks doing this move the server they are using around, a lot of servers may have some real issues? Having this flag may help one assess the extent to which this is happening?
