Client can´t find servers

I wanted to start using AirVPN yesterday (never dealed with similar topics) ´.

When I start the Eddie client ist logs into my account but there are no servers available (last line)

Could it be because my internet is managed by university and the ports are locked?

Try other ports and protocols, or SSL/SSH tunnels.
