Another Swedish VPN server (from a different provider?)

Most if not all of your Swedish VPN servers are located in Uppsala, with somewhat not so great latency times.

 

Could I make a suggestion and have you look at Glesys?

 

They are well known, reliable, and have an excellent networking infrastructure. We currently use them with my companies backend for highly network intensive stuff.

I have, I also know that they literally have the best backbone access in Sweden.
