Unable to get beyond "checking route" stage of connection. Tried on MacOS X. Tried various servers along with allowing it to choose its own.

Moreover also when the connection is established, sometime it drops simply by not sending or receiving data anymore and I have to connect to a different server.

Those problems are occurring more and more frequently in the last months.

In the AirVPN logs I can only see "Request Timeout" when the client is giving up on checking the route. Next time that this will occur I'll add logs

Thanks

Next time you should also run a ping test for the server you are trying to connect to.

For example:

ping matar.airvpn.org

Let it run for a few minutes and post the % of packet loss. If the client has timeouts

while connecting to servers this likely indicates an ISP issue.

The issue come back today (I was not using AirVPN since a while)

Checked the ping, no packet loss.
