  1. I have noticed a couple of times that a program called 'Garfield' is opening up a port on my router using Upnp. I first noticed it on port 1984, it went away for a few days and now its back on port 1252. Also im not sure why anything is using 192.168.1.2 as I have no devices on my network at this address. Advice needed please.
  2. I use qbittorrent and read it is safer to untick the "upnp... port forwarding from router" box in qbittorrent options. I know people do this for safety reasons but exactly how does it enhance security? I usually have this unticke. However, I just recently reinstalled windows, etc. and ran qbitorrent for a night with the option accidentally left ticked. What kind of exposure am I potentially looking at here? Was I still protected? (note: I use btguard proxy in addition to airvpn and have the proxy set up inside the qbitorrent options ) Thanks! Dewey
