    Good evening. Recently i seem to have very slow speeds connecting to netflix while using the European VPN services. Quality never reaches HD and bandwidth seems to fluctuate wildly between 100-200kbs down (meaning the quality is quite poor). All other websites and speed tests are fine showing my full speed. Is something up with the hop servers? Also German VPN servers get the "netflix is not available in your country message" I look forward to your reply.
