SSL tunneling seems to work again, and it's pretty fast, but with occasional hiccups for 10-20 seconds every half an hour or so (nothing is dumped in the log). So I've switched back to it to prevent premature spoiling of SSH: we may need it as a last resort to connect to a VPS to install and configure Cloak or Xray. By the way, the events of the last few days (I mean the throttling of YouTube) were just something to behold: I was genuinely amazed how quickly and readily people installed the DPI circumvention tools. I think there is still hope that Russian people will not give up the real world-wide Internet so easily. Actually the reaction to protect the freedom was far better than I thought it may be.
