I have read a lot about pay-pal at this forum but I wanna make sure.Trivial example - what if som1 hacked my facebook, I have got his IP, which is xxxxx. I go to police, they know this IP belongs to airvpn, so they ask paypal to give them list of ppl who bought the vpn in past 6 months and from now they have got some suspects? Is this how it works? And I dont think the normal police force has any jurisdiction outside the residential country. Even the NSA doesn't. And you're talking about a trivial detail like a facebook account hacked, not a matter of national security or murder, so no one will bother to go through with monitoring a vpn outside their jurisdiction.
