UBCD4Win forums are blocked

I recently noticed that http://www.ubcd4win.com/forum is blocked from the Air servers. I have attempted Canada and Netherlands.

Their actual website in "general" is OK on the Air servers. As soon as you attempt to access the forums from the link above or by clicking the forum button on their site you get "not authorized" from this server flags.

http://www.ubcd4win.com will work fine, but add the forum and its blocked. Hmmmmmm
