Linux, Deluge and port forwarding

Hi, I'm trying to get the Deluge P2P client up and running on Linux. I've set up a port in the members area, but when I check it I get the following error.

Not reachable on server IP over the external port 18304, tcp protocol. Error : 110 - Connection timed out

In Deluge, I have set the incoming port to 18304 in Preferences/Network (from: and to: fields), so I'm not sure if I need to do anything else?

Error 110 means that you not using that port at the moment. Answer to your question is: no.
