my forwarded ports stopped working

I have used the same port all month and today i noticed my port was no longer forwarding when i check i get this msg

Not reachable on server IP over the external port , tcp protocol. Error : 111 - Connection refused no matter what ports or server i try I can't fix this.

if this is going too mess up i'm glad it did it two days before my subscription is up
